There was no hesitation in replacing our leather chairs. For our inconvenience , management gifted a maintenance kit and free delivery on replacement. Now... that is service. Thankyou team..highly recommend.

I give Furnish 1 star, only because I can't give zero. We bought 8 white chairs from Furnish. One has sort of perished within a matter of weeks. We took the chair back and our receipt and were told we could have it replaced with a black one. We don't want black as we have 7 white still at home. They don't make white anymore sorry we can't get a white one. We have asked for our money back on this one chair as we are able to buy one online, it looks identical to the other 7. Furnish refuse to give us our money back, even saying we must have damaged it, however why would you offer a replacement black chair if you truly beleived that. Under the fair trading act, I beleive I am entitled to a replacement chair of white or if unable to supply that my money back so I can go and get it from somebody else. We will NEVER buy anything else from this store, they have never returned our phone calls and my husband even got hung up on. And I don't care if they have never had a problem with this brand of chair, they have a problem now.!!! Be warned.....I for one will be passing this onto all my friends what this store is like.
