Worst experience ever, bought lots of furnitures, some of them got crack on it, contacted many times asking for replacement, they never take it serious after selling it to me. Told me would give me a answer 5 days ago, every time when I call them, they say will give a answer today, but never. Stuffs with worst quality and the worst service.

Good quality good price but brought and payed for a bed on special 3 months ago and was told it would be ready to collect mud October. Just got a call today saying collection is this Thursday from 1pm to 3pm. If I dont make it next chance will be the 8th of January. So frustrated I asked for my money back and they dont refund money just store credit... it will be my last purchase ever from Furniture Zone!!!
