This builder cannot be trusted, he mis-quotes and invents invoices, his tradies will not turn up when promised and the job will not be to specification, he will then make threats and cease all communication and palm everything off on to his rude son Nick and his mis-informed daughter April. Stay clear of Gavin Gardener and Pzazz/Aztec/Fix-It builders, they will cause you stress and anxiety.
