More than 1 year later, we are still waiting for fixes to badly finished laminated floors in dining and kitchen area. For one fix, we ended up getting our own independent tradesperson to improve the finish of a corner. For the 2nd fix we need new slats cut to correct size and Whakatane branch just does not follow up even though we have gone to see them on numerous occasions.
We have had a few carpet jobs done by them and were very happy with all aspects of their service.
