I bought a 36k car using a trade in vehicle and paying cash for the difference. They were "ok" but you won't get any bargains from my experience. They were helpful up to the stage of the transaction. Shortly after they we did the financial part they came back saying I also needed to cover the cost of a new warrant which included 2 tyres (but they had assessed the value of my trade in vehicle on the warrant being due in 1 month and knew it needed 2 tyres). They eventually apologized. I wouldn't (and haven't) use them again but of course others might have a different experience.
