My car was hit by a Go Bus at a set of traffic lights several days ago. While the damage to my car was minimal, the impact frightened my 7 year old daughter. Following the incident I emailed GoBus giving details and they have not responded. Now several days on, I have STILL had no communication from GOBUS. Where is the accountability for their poor driving?

Pressed the stop button, drove past my stop. When I walked up to the front to ask the driver to stop. The first couple times I asked him, he didn't listen. And then he dropped me off at a further stop. Very inconvenient.

Bus booked for private party. Driver on an ego trip. Stopped bus multiple times to tell everyone he was dictating what was happening. Do not use this service. Ridiculous!
