The salesperson lied to me. I asked him if he owned the Jaguar parked outside and he said no. Minutes later, I noticed the ring he was wearing which was worth more than my house. Therefore, I deducted that he did infact own that Jaguar. The service was good though and we got a good deal on the part we needed.

We went in years ago when the shop opened and hated the experience and the pushy salesperson. We were never going to go back but did a couple weeks ago. The sales guy was awesome, chilled out, helpful and honest and we made a purchase as a result. Thank you for a great experience and thanks to the staff member we dealt with, I wish I could remember his name.

Went in just to have a look at a new stick vacuum, got served by Ginnie. Very nice guy, he was very patient and showed me the whole range. I was impressed with his knowledge of the range. Did not buy but will go back and certainly make a purchase. Good energy and always smiling.

Great service by Ginnie and the team. Explained everything to me in detail and I never knew there was sooo much to vacuuming...LOVE my vacuum, would recommend these guys. Went to other retailers but would be lucky if you get served and not really specialists.

Went into the store to enquire about a Dyson filter that was on their website. They didn’t have one in store and I couldn’t click and collect from the store either. I was forced buy from a different supplier solely because they didn’t want to order the filter in for me.

These guys know their stuff. Especially the young guy Josh. His service was above that of any place I have ever been. He told me everything about Dyson, Tineco, and Miele. Long story short I have the best and smartest vacuum in the world the TINECO S12 PLATINUM PURE ONE. Will definitely go back for their ABOVE THE BAR service.
