Where do I start? im glad I chose GOLDSTAR HEATPUMP these awesome guys from GOLDSTAR HEATPUMP was booked in to relocate my outside fan unit. Little did they know it turns out to be a bigger job than expected. As they disconnected the unit they found the original installer has done a dodgy work on it. It was a pain to see, I was about to be in tears! Ken and his amazing team went above and beyond to find me a good price for a new heatpump. The guys did a superb job installing my new heatpump on the same day. I was overwhelmed. Ken is one kind soul. I would 1000% reccomend GOLDSTAR HEATPUMP to anyone including my families and friends who is looking for a trusted service and best customer service to call GOLDSTAR HEATPUMP. I am confident you won't find the best price, best service and Best quality brands anywhere else.

Very happy with supply & installation of heat pump. Dave was very informative & made suggestions as to best location for heat pump so as to get the most benefit from it. He quoted for 3 different makes and did not try to influence me on a certain brand. The installation guys were awesome. On time, very polite and respectful of my home and made sure I was happy with every step of the installation. Abe explained the fundamentals of use as well as giving me helpful tips and advice. I couldn't fault them in any way. I would highly recommend Goldstar to anyone thinking of getting a heat pump installed. Thanks to all at Goldstar. A job very well done.
