Great museum and beautiful location charting the history of this gorgeous Wairarapa township. Kids loved it too.

Great labour day weekend event, some cool cars there too. More food facilities would keep people there longer.
Well worth the price of admission gave a good picture of early settler life highly recommend going
Really enjoyed our visit. Great insights into the lives of early settlers. We spent a couple of hours here. Recommended.
The humanlike figures put my son Darren in tears. Other then that, a good business.
This is a must visit place when you are in Greytown or in the neighbourhood. This is a museum that showcases early settlements of Greytown. It consists of a little village made to bring public closer to life of early settlers. You can see their first hospital, workshop, school, fire station and much more...
Spent the best part of an hour wandering around the museum and historic buildings. Good value at 7 if you like history.
Its a must to visit especially to view old buildings and see how the early settlers lived. the grounds have lovely historic buildings. Not only old buildings but equipment that the settlers would have used. its a must to visit in the lovely Wairarapa
