Came in first time, no one served me.so.went to just jeans. Your jean was 10 cheaper so thats the only reason I cam back. I still had to look for an assistant despite clearly seeing three who had seen me. The guy that served me was ok but 9t was an easy sale as my mind was already made up

Hallensteins has certainly changed from the shopping experience I grew up with . . . I'm finding it hard to find my style (slightly older) of clothing without going to the bloody Warehouse and without blowing my budget. Why does everything have to have a bloody good on it. I'd give this place a five star rating if the turned the music down so people can hear what I'm saying :-)

Josh is excellent at his job . I made a purchase in the morning, where I was running late for work. However, I liked a jacket and I have requested him to keep it aside so that I can come and collect in the evening. To which he has kept it aside with my name on it. Well-done man.

Managed to find all that we needed which is always a small miracle. The staff were helpful my only small gripe is the music is very loud and you can hardly hear yourself think ok im in the older generation but really you want to keep your older clientele just as happy as the younger ones so a little balance would be helpful
