Binita was absolutely fantastic when we went to see her to change our family plan from Vodafone to 2 degrees. She sorted our phones and the changeover went so smoothly. No calls to the call centre required, she personally ensured all the details were taken, everything explained and we were up and running with no issues at all. Huge relief for me. Thanks heaps

After my recent experience with Chartwell 2 degrees and being a 2 degree client for over 10 yrs we cant wait to change providers, the staff were misleading and took advantage of me Cant wait to leave 2 degrees

I was dying to share this experience as what disgusts me is poor service for any customer. I purchased two iPhones from this store and as a matter of fact it so happened that my Friend referred the store Manager Nick .... he got his cut obviously but even when I expected a freebie which is very common when someone knows you and we as managers for our stores do so much for our customers . This got to me and I read feedbacks which has called him arrogant and I totally back them up, however I fail to comprehend what’s all the arrogance about! Well I think it’s sheer hopeless attitude.

This 2 shop is the best. I've bought my phones here for many years now because the service is second to none. The staff have always been extremely helpful no matter what the issue. Nothing is ever too difficult for any staff member here. This kind of service these days is very, very rare. Totally recommend to all. I have been to other 2 shops and they aren't a patch on this one.

WARNING.. As an older woman i believed the knowledgeable young man was advising me well on accessories. Wrong . I have since learned he was palming me off with old or unwanted stock. An outdated powerbank with negligible ability to wireless charge instead of a proper wireless charger. A very 3mtr cord for my car charger. A liquidnano ??screen protector ( he didn't mention my new phone already came with a screen protector) and a phone cover i needed to cut to enlarge the holes so it wouldn't show inside photos.. The Chartwell shop is not one I could get back to quickly so I tried an Auckland shop but was told accessories are the responsibility of the individual shop. But agreed the item i had been sold were unsuitable... i couldn't get back in time to charwell and looks like fro reviews it would be a waste of time so I'm just warning others.

Very helpful worker will definitely recommend if you are a tourist in New Zealand go to 2degrees and get a SIM card as it is cheaper or even if you live in nz they are cheap and have great deals workers are very helpful

Extremely poor service, bought a screen protector for my phone, I wasn't shown or explained the various options. Less than a month later it's broken. I was told I can buy a new one. The manager Nick is very arrogant, also admitted to and agreed that himself and Jagar the other staff member require training. I will not spend another cent in that store. The manager doesn't listen to or give the customer a chance to speak really, just adamant and persistent on getting his point across.
