I would never recommend AMI to ANYONE. What should have been an extremely simple claim against AMI turned into 4 months, multiple AMI employee errors and eventually an unethical and sly outcome that AMI decided to try and keep some skin in tact. Really disappointed and frankly expect better from a Kiwi company. After reading some reviews about AMI across different forums, it looks like this is how they operate...

Waited 50 mins on hold, then spoke to an oversea call center person and had information read to me incorrectly. After the painful ordeal of that I was put in hold again to wait and find out what my monthly payments would be and the line was disconnected
