Bought the brand new dryer the outer body is damaged, no way they can replace it with the other one. Very poor and unprofessional customer service

Not great at replying to emails when it comes to a faulty product. Stopped in as had no reply to advise them of my leaking gas hob. They will only attempt to send a technician but advised of a high wait time. Explained i'd already had a gas fitter come and look at it and was advised i need a new hob, regardless, appliance plus will still only send a technician. Haven't heard from them since. Have advised i would rather go a purchase a new hob from another company - again no reply. Easier and safer to just purchase a new hob. They obviously don't have much sense of urgency when it comes to leaking gas...

Ordered a brand new TV that was new to the country. This appliance plus didn't have it in store but ordered it specially after I had phoned in and asked so I could pick it up as Waiheke island was the only store in Auckland (I'm not going to pay 200 extra for the car ferry to pick it up). I ended up having a pleasant transaction with Wiki, she was very lovely and informative the whole way through and now I'm very happy with the experience as they knew all about it as soon as I mentioned my name in store. Why don't we have more Appliance Plus stores in NZ as this is Kiwi Owned, we should support our local businesses. Well done Wiki and the team @ Appliance Plus Hamilton :)
