My 1st time having a mammogram. Free parking,take a hard right at the building (if coming in from Pembroke)If you reach the roundabout, you drove too far. There is patient parking available right outside the door, around the back of the Breast Care Centre. Plenty of seats inside,for you and your support person, at reception. Your names called. Pop on a front opening gown. Friendly warm staff. Procedure is very quick. Female staff, gently assists/takes the xrays. The pressure was firm. I did not find this painful. 2 week wait for my results now.
