Used services first time. Poor Valve. Charged 280 extra without informing. Not very professional. No response of emails or phone calls. We were referred by Harcourts Hamilton( Must be commission added). Agreed at fixed price poor service but charged 280 additional. More over Didn't provide fund disbursement details (we have to ask her. finally was sent 3 days after settlement) Hardly replied to our calls. Did not informed us settlement date. Asking extra charges for pre settlement inspection which is part of property sale transfer ( Don't say no that you didn't. I have a copy )

Aman this is Avinash Your client. You mentioned 65 email sent( hope you hv copy of all those) I received Only 2. You never responded to my phone calls or emails. Even we hv to ask you to send use full details of funds disbursements( which was sent 3 days after settlement). You didn't even informed us settlement date and then I hv to rush my brother to you to provide documents. You mentioned extra charges were for pre settlement inspection ( Its standard procedure for every buyer to do pre settlement inspection.) We got your reference from Robbie sidhu( Harcourts Hamilton) and my husband and he was in conference when you agreed 650. We had our lawyer which I and my family used many times never had any problems. Its not about its about fair trading and service ( which is well below the market).. anyways good luck for you and your company.. hope people will consider and clear all charges before hiring your service.
