I recently purchased a Sinch E-bike for my wife and a Specialized Levo for myself, after 50-odd years of not riding bikes. Dave Spring and his team immediately impressed us as honest and straightforward, always ready to help answer any question. They are the total package - pre-sales advice, excellent product knowledge and very helpful in assisting decision-making. There was no hard-sell or upselling strategy here. Quite refreshing, really. We ended up with just what each of us wanted and are both delighted. The after-sales service has been excellent too, and their prices & workshop charges are very reasonable. You could waste a lot of time and effort shopping around but I suggest you don't look any further than Cycle Time. You won't be disappointed.
