Last Friday, I became a new patient at this medical centre, and it was a very nice experience. The receptionists were lovely, and the doctor I saw, Doctor Gordon Tam, was very nice and welcoming. Despite being an older building, I found the medical centre, comfortable and family orientated. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

After years of feeling like nothing more than a number I met with Dr Tam. He is the most thorough, approachable and kind Dr I have ever met who genuinely cares about you and your health...highly recommend Dinsdale Medical for you and your family!

My Doctor - Gordon Tam is a fantastic GP, very easy to talk to and very helpful. He listens and goes that extra mile and always follows up and checks in to see how things with my health are going. My only issue with this clinic is trying to get hold of them over the phone, when I call to make or change an appointment I get put in hold for ever, then after waiting they just disconnect the call, I then call back and the same thing happens, sometimes it’s 3 or 4 phone calls till I actually get through so up to an hour of calling, waiting, and calling back. Reception is always friendly when I’m in the clinic and payment and rebooking isn’t an issue, they are also very helpful with repeat scripts and faxing them over, I just hope the can just sort out there phone system!

Terrible service, impossible to get prescription. left multiple messages for the nurse & never had a call back! was left to wait a week to get a appointment & to go without my medicine i need. useless

Awful service, Always late! I waited over 45 minutes for my appointment and was running late to my other appointments. No apology and no refund were offered. I DONT RECCOMEND HERE!! Will be signing up to another doctors.
