I booked in for a full clean and a ozone clean. I paid 300 and was told it would eradicate the odor in the car completely. Upon returning to the car, the vehicle was completely dead and the battery had been totally drained. I advised that if the battery died in future they would be responsible. They agreed. The odor remained albeit less strong. I spent a while trying to get a reply. Eventually the battery suffered critical failure. I decided to phone Sima and speak to him directly. He offered to meet me halfway on the battery and provide a complimentary ozone clean. Whilst my initial encounter was a 0 or 1 rating. This is a solid four stars now given they have come to the party and agreed to assist. Please ignore the below response from the company theyve since acknowledged matters raised.

Really disappointing. I expected a clean car for 84.... cobwebs still hanging from the wing mirrors, patches not clean, sills still dirty, etc... etc.... have had it done for less cost at a similar outfit who did a fantastic job. Will not be going back to the base!

As much as my car was very dirty, and the attention to detail was poor. The car was still wet in most places and needed to be dried again. Due the money one spends to get a wash these days one expects a great job.

If I could give less than one star I would. Took my partners car here. 3 days later and the Interior of the car is still so wet that his windows are dripping wet INSIDE the car, all his mats where dripping wet and placed inside a black bag when we went to collect the car. Was told to "just leave the AC on with the windows down and she'll be right" in the middle of winter.... Most pathetic job I've ever seen. An absolute scam for the amount of money being charged. DO NOT Recommend. Stay away from this particalur car wash. An incredible waste of money.
