I have been seeing an amazing GP here for the last 4 months. This GP is patient, respectful and has gone above and beyond with trying to get me the right help from community mental health ( although MH services in the waikato are useless). I am very grateful to have this GP and feel like I can trust talking to her. The only downside is she only works a friday so if things are urgent for me I am still made to wait for an appointment with her because no one else wants to manage my mental health. I should also add that I am not registered to her as a patient, I was previously assigned a different GP however haven't had an appt with her in some time .

Dr Mike Watson was my Dr for 7 years, before I moved out of Hamilton. He is a straight up Doc and very good.
The level of professionalism at the practice is very lacking on many levels throughout...Only good person there is the branch manager she at least tried to help but sadly the doctors I feel failed myself.. thanks though Fiona I genuinely appreciate your own effort in trying too help me get through.
Really disappointed of the service what I received! Poor reception! No service,no communication! Never come back !
Dr Monali has been amazing, caring and compassionate. We never thought we’d find as good a doctor as we had in Auckland but we have.
