I just want to thank Rae Guard of Glasshouse property management, for the wonderful job she did while I was a tenant in a property under her care. While Rae is always very professional in what she does, she also has a lovely personable nature, which made communications between myself (the tenant) and property management incredibly easy. As a tenant you must be able to develop a certain level of trust and confidence with the property manager, and I am happy to say without doubt that Rae Guard ticks all of those boxes. Thank you Rae.

Potential landlords beware. Nicky failed to follow up requests of tenant to spray weeds and tidy gardens in the final inspection which resulted in us moving back into an extremely overgrown property. They insisted that the weeds were sprayed, but the extremely green weeds in the pictures take a week after we moved back in say otherwise. Their "fix" was to send a sub-par garden maintenance company around at 10:00pm who only did a fraction of what they were hired to do on the maintenance request form, let alone what was required to the standard at the beginning of the tenancy When there are weeds that are about 1.8m tall growing between the cracks in the cobblestones I fail to understand how this isn't an issue for the tenants to sort out. Weeds of this size and magnitude take months to grow and wouldn't be there if issues spotted in inspections were followed up. The convolvulus from the gully was only a small fraction of the mess that was left. The Ivy was new growth so isn't that difficult for tenants to deal with. When you have multiple neighbors messaging you about the mess on your property you know it isn't just my opinion. (note to Glasshouse: I have removed my comments about the smoke alarm as this was due to a miscommunication and is now an irrelevant point.)

100% positive rental experiences with this team! They take care of everything for me, so I don't have to worry about a thing. There is so much compliance involved in rental properties now compared to a few years ago, and I know that with them every box is ticked. But more than that, they are so lovely - friendly, positive and quick to get back to me. Nothing is a problem. The detail in the reports and the sheer number of photos shows they really do care. They also care about my tenants, and build good relationships with them. Thank you Glasshouse!

I have been really pleased with putting my property into professional property management with Glasshouse as I just didn't have the time to manage the property and do the inspections on a regular basis. The compliance and details you need to take care of these days when managing tenants is something I would much rather leave to the professionals and Glasshouse has really good systems in place to keep me up to date with their inspections, any maintenance required and photos of how the property looks with each inspection. I value my time so this great time saver I am happy to pay for. The staff have been really good to deal with, from Anel getting me setup to Rae in the Cambridge office looking after my property and keeping me up to date with regular communication as and when required. I have found the Glasshouse Property Management team to be very professional and responsive when any maintenance arises. I am very happy with their service, and highly recommend Glasshouse to landlords who want to save time and not deal with the headaches of having to manage a property and dealing with tenants, especially now with all the rules and regulations.

Previous to going with Glasshouse we had trouble with landlords and agents. Sophie was our agent when we were with Glasshouse. She is fantastic! she was very clear with communication, got things repaired or on the road to being repaired the minute she was made aware. Sophie is always very reasonable, understanding, and most of all damn good at her job.
