I am just shocked at the way customers are treated at Leap Hamilton! We live rural and 5 cows would have been without water if I did not help out the trough was not working! We arrived 30min late not on purpose but due to unforeseen circumstances! The general manager told me that we cannot rebook for 2 or 3pm (there was space) but can only help me as a good gesture at 4pm. There was space during the other time slots but he just refused to help. Our kids ended up jumping only 20min of the already paid 1 hour booking. Surely they can understand the situation?? We tried to phone them as well but no one answered the phone! I just can’t believe that they are ok with service such as this! My kids we’re looking forward to this all week. Next time I’ll spend my money somewhere else!

Came here for my Daughters birthday on a Saturday morning. Very busy and definitely recommend booking online during weekends if you want a good time. Kids had a great time and lots of stuff to do. Price is 16 each for kids over 5 and 55 fir family of four. Little expensive but what you would expect.

We had a fantastic and unforgettable experience today and we will come back for sure. We met Danial and Rachel today and they were very nice and extremely helpful. They both showed great knowledge and excellent ability to teach our child and give her tips and show her tricks. Our child kept coming back and asked for more with excitement and wanting to learn. I highly recommend the place as its very organized, clean and plenty of fun for kids and adults, not just for kids. I would say Danial and Rachael definitely made our experience much better and can't wait to come back. Thanks guys and specially Daniel and Rachel.

Laser trap and laser tag needs to be rostered or something, there was only one lady working the till, laser trap and laser tag all at once which meant everyone at these places had to be REAL PATIENT and it wasnt working for us as we were running on a schedule! Its so hot in there also and no fans or air cooling. Bowling balls werent coming out so we missed half of the games as its timed .
Kids got to much energy? Takes them here! They can literally run wild! My kids always have a good time
Great place to go. Shame about the heat inside. They do have doors open however can get unbearable. Feel for the staff.
