Such a shame, this is set up so lovely but the owner is not a nice person, I saw on a Facebook post they shared that in the background my dog was tied up tightly to a fence while lots of other dogs were running around happily, he looked miserable. There was no communication to me about this, I found out after confronting them that this happened regularly. I would not trust them with my dog, ever.

Always does awesome job of grooming my boys!
They deleted my review since it contained proof of them abusing their animals with steel cap boots and shock collars ect... I will keep speaking out against this place. You are all horrible people.
I would rate no stars! Our dog went to this day care. She is 8 months old. I received a call she just doesnt fit in there and is too much ( she chases the sun Ray's on the cobble stone ) this bothering other dogs and causing fights apparently! My husband went to go fetch her and the owner told told us she is neurotic!! That afternoon our dog had a limp, cowered and was scared of us. When i told the manager they couldn't understand and said our problem dog was fine before she left and was playing with the small dogs. we didnt hear from the owner nothing!!! Do not send your dogs here!
Horrible, horrible place. please DO NOT take your dog here.
My dog now has anxiety after going here, he was never happy to go and I always wondered why. Now I see they abuse dogs. DO NOT send your dog!
i was initially very happy with this daycare, bc it was much cleaner than hamilton hounds. i also at first had impression that the owner genuinely cared and was nice,.. but i was quite disappointed when after being acutely on sick leave bc of pregnancy related complications, she had no scruple in taking all my money (i had paid 40 days in advance, but only had maximum used up 18--although they tried to convince me that i had not come only 4 times!!!)--- all that with a big smile on her face.... truly disappointing and hurtful ----- i am now with PAWS WELLBEING CENTRE, on te rapa road,... not far from the metro-paws.... they are even cleaner and more professional, they don't charge you if you become acutely ill, and they send you daily report cards with pictures of your dog playing but also dog's behaviour and mood---- AND they are open longer hours and are much much more flexible with drop off and pick up times!!!
Highly recommend metro paws frankton. Poppy has been going here for several month's and loves it. The staff are wonderful. The facilities are always clean and there are awesome areas for dogs to play. Poppy is always excited to be there. It's great socialisation for her as she was anxious as a puppy. She is quite sensitive and was ridiculously scared of big dogs. Now she is confident and easy to take to park when bigger dogs are there. She's gotten used to seeing them even though she spends her day in small paws. It's made life so much easier. After lock down she got very shy again but the staff were reassuring and I knew she was in safe hands. After a couple of days she was back to being confident again. That's when I realised just how good it is for her to go regularly. So thanks metro paws for this great facility.
