The woman, the myth, the legend. Tammy is great at helping you work towards your goals whether it be a relaxing massage on the table or full on trying to work on an injury or some flexibility. She has been very good with coming up with a stretching program and vigilant follow up at every session (which is needed for useless people such as myself!). The two lovely dogs have made my experience a 6/5 :)
I recently had a 60 minute massage at Natura and it was the best massage I have had in as long as I can remember. Tam asked me questions about my body, lifestyle and most importantly about what I was hoping to get out of that session prior to the massage. This enabled her to provide me with the best possible massage to suit my needs. Tam was professional, welcoming and very friendly, making me feel at home instantly. I can't wait to go back again soon :-)
I was recommended Natura Body by a friend and I am so glad she did. Tam was amazing and made me feel so at ease. She is extremely professional and so easy to get a long with. I was trying eye lash tinting for the first time along with regular waxing and she just made me feel so comfortable with the whole process. She's focused on finding out how she can help you, so you get the most of your session and also be provided with after care tips, like what stretches you need to focus on.
Tam was very professional and really lovely. She was very accommodating when I had to bring along the children to my manicure appointment. She was warm, welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs some pampering.
Natura Body & Beauty is a beautiful space. Tammy has created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Tammy is incredibly professional and makes you feel so relaxed and at ease throughout your treatments. She is highly qualified and thorough with all that she does and treatments are executed perfectly. I especially love the eco-friendly approach she has embed in the space.
