Extremely rude ladies at the reception. Very unprofessional. If you hate your jobs please consider a career change instead of treating customers with that rudeness and attitude. 5 stars for the guy who took my blood test though, he was very nice and friendly and did a very good job.

I have 2 monthly blood tests done at pathLab. Have found the reception staff and the phlebotomists efficient and painfree taking samples. Good parking.

Not impressed with the service I received today, the lady had no respect or the awareness of how uncomfortable I was and made no effort to make it less stressful on me. If you can't do not come this this lab.

I have had the worst experience with the Pathologist who was waiting to get rid of me - who pushed me around from room to reception. who basically was only short of saying that I am in NZ without a legal right until I got all 3 visas emailed to reception and waited over an hour by that time,still had no bloods and I then chose to leave highly upset and frustrated at the pathetic manner migrants are treated at this lab. The service level is poor, there is no rush..everybody is just permanently in slow mode . Unacceptable and inhumane to treat people in this manner.

VERY BAD!!!! Took our 10month old to get bloods done, I told the phlebotimist that our babies veins are hard to locate and asked if she could use elma cream as recommended by our pediatrician. But phlebotomist said that Emla takes too long and just stabbed the needle in, my baby screamed and cried while the phlebotomist dug the needle around in my babies arm. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

I've had a good experience here, the phlebotomists I have encountered have done the blood tests to a great standard. Friendly staff and professional. Can get busy and have long waiting times as expected.
