Worst customer service I have ever had. They made you as the customer feel like you were interrupting life saving surgery. Honestly, I could order stuff from china and I would still get it quicker than them actually serving me. Must be something wrong with my money.

We Know Good service

Trying to get our robotic vacuum cleaner back from their so-called service department. It took them more than 1.5 week to send broken device to head office and another week (after calling them multiple times quoting cga) the to return back faulty as it was and gave it to us, stating all fixed (it was flat so they couldn’t demonstrate this fact). In 2 hours it was retuned them back and now another 5 days to send to head office. Their “managers” spent return calls and never follow their own promises.

Needs more staff at the front counter, when I visited it was quiet busy and only 1 person o. The counter I needed help with my product lucky it wasn't heavy so I carried it to the car. The staff were nice but no one offered to help with my product to be carried to the car. You need some more training

Takes far too long. Long wait to get seen. Mauve lines at counter with only one person on. Everything locked up so can't serve yourself. Would be a one star bit do have good products at fair price.
