I don’t know how this group are still in business. No one returns phone calls or emails. Obviously too busy and don’t need the work. Don’t waste your time with Perry Modular Homes. 3 houses to build, with cash, won’t be coming from Cambridge.

Do not build with this firm. I note that at the core of their values is 'Built to Last'. I moved into my brand new TDM/Perry Group (now fully owned by Perry) October 2019 with some serious work still needing doing. The house finish looks to be a DIY. Low quality plastering, paint splatter over aluminium, deck and floors (including carpet). What looks to be second hand timber on skirtings (not stopped just painted over). Whole house needs repainting. House flooded. Paint over garage floor. Electrical work outstanding. Now it is coming up to a year, I am onto my 5th Project Manager who sympethises with me but still no action. I have correspondence by the ton outlining the work that needs to be done (assessed and agreed), they just don't care.
Not a company to engage in seriously for business development and opportunities. Belligerant and entitled EA with a personality disorder acting as the gate keeper for free open transpatent communication. Where do they find these people. It seems my real job is to meet all the defective personalities in existance and the other things I do arent really important. Great guy Great personality Problem solver. Business stratergist. Multi disciplined engineer Zero tollerance for complete idiots and morons.
