TOTAL RIPP OFF! AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS OF A PIRANHA ! As can be seen by their unprofessional responses to the many other constructive feedbacks below. Which tells you a lot about this business. Like many others, I also found Angela to be rude , difficult and unhelpful! Petworks sent me a broken dog toy through a Trademe purchase, and there was no sorry from them or care. Plus when I politely asked for a replacement I was informed I had to pay for the return postage. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, retailers are responsible for all costs when returning faulty goods and rightly so as why should a buyer be out of pocket for a fault. I now have to fight to get my money back! Do yourself a favour and shop at Pet.co.nz as they are great and a 1000% better than this dodgy outfit.

Not sure about the validity of some feedback on here, as we have purchased lots over the past few years from Petworkz and have only ever had the most amazing friendly service from Angela and the other lovely ladies there. Always helpful and every Christmas, a surprise parcel for our furbabies with a little something for us too. We highly recommend them to all.

I'm unsure as to why some people have had issues with this store and the people running it??? Perhaps they weren't in the right space to reasonably work with Petworkz during a somewhat difficult time (Covid-19 times). I have had nothing but the best experience working with Petworkz to resolve a delivery issue. They have consistently communicated effectively and have been accommodating and flexible. I could have purchased from any number of stores in Auckland but have found their prices extremely reasonable and the staff an absolute pleasure to deal with. I have already recommended my friends purchase from Petworkz to get their puppy supplies. I can't recommend them enough!

Cannot understand these negative reviews! Not my experience at all!! Purchased from Petworkz for the first time online last week. There was an issue with delivery so I chose to visit their place of business today to resolve the issue as I was visiting the area. Sue was amazing! Friendly, chatty and gave my partner and I some great advice on products. Absolutely fabulous dealings with Petworkz. Will work with them from now on for all my pet needs, instead of using over priced pet shops in Auckland.
