Quinovic in Hamilton have managed my property for the last 5 years. We got off to a bit of a rocky start as I was not at all happy with the Property Manager initially allocated to my account. However we were soon able to sort through this issue, and since then I have been delighted with the service I have received from Mark, Katie and the rest of the team at Quinovic. They've been great at getting everything done, along with clear and swift communication. All in all its been a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

Walked in one day to ask about a property, and the manager, Mark came from out the back and was so rude to me. I felt genuinely intimidated and left feeling really upset. I also felt sorry for the lovely receptionist that i had been speaking to as she looked embarrissed.
Automatic Doors Services have worked with Quinovic for many years now, the staff are very competent at their work and diligent. The working systems they have in place ensure that as a tradie we can obtain all the information quickly and clearly, which then in turn allows us to carry out works swiftly. The properties we attend are some of the best maintained and managed we see.

Quinovic Hamilton is the worst property management company that I have ever had dealings with. I trusted Quinovic with the care of my property and i was treated like garbage. I have never been treated so poorly. The emotional & financial distress this man caused me was devastating. This company invited me in with a smile, but once locked into a 2 year contract, that all changed very quickly. I only hope that this review will save others from the same nightmare i endured.
Mark and his team at Quinovic Hamilton looked after my family home in Ngaruawahia for 5 Years. We had nothing but problems before and we thought we needed to sell it. Mark talked me through what was wrong and how to fix it and 5 years later, we have moved back into it and couldn’t be happier with the way the entire process went. Quinovic Hamilton managed my property ( a new build and my future home) for a period of 12 months. A tenant was found quickly, all rents and any queries and inspections were very efficiently dealt with and when the tenancy ended, the property was in an immaculate condition. Very satisfied with the service and would happily use the company again for any future rental management.
