Formed in 2007 in response to evidence that unethical workplace conduct and wrongdoing is on the rise, Report It Now’s custom-made ‘CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM’ is the first whistleblowing system of its kind in New Zealand, and is a trusted, safe and secure method for staff to report fraudulent and dishonest behaviour. How it works: Report It Now provides organisations with an effective system to prevent unethical conduct. This is implemented over a six-stage process: 1. Risk evaluation 2. Needs assessment 3. Policy development 4. Staff training 5. Service promotion 6. Ongoing analysis This system operates separately from an organisation, and manages and tracks reports via a secure website. It also allows companies to remain compliant with the Protected Disclosures Act 2000.
