Top bunch of people, excellent to deal with, and our home is top quality. After building with different companies, i would highly recommend Signature Homes over all the others.

Please beware of these dodgy people selling house and land packages. Check all the specification before you sign. I have a bad experience trying to buy turnkey package. The will try that you to sign the contract without allowing you to check all the specifications. Their show home is build with high specification than they actually provide you with house and land package. Even with premium packages. On all the variations they charge 18% markup.

I have had a string of poor experiences with this company. Whilst the build was in progress they were great with keeping us updated and moving along. Post build there have been numerous issues with quality and lack of after sales service. Now almost 3 years after the build has been completed we still have outstanding quality issues from day one and it's near impossible to get a response from the company. I would not recommend Signature Homes Hamilton to anyone building a home.

Disapointed with the poor client customer service. Lack of response to emails, rude responses to emails, and general arrogance. For example, asking your client to ask their financial institution for more funds, when you already know their situation. Look after your customers, as you so advertise!!!
