A pleasant start turned into a terrible experience! Shop assistant Anmol was very helpful and patient when I went in Store in November. I decided to order a couch instead of picking one up from the shop floor. I was promised the couch would be ready either on the 2nd/Dec or the 8th/Dec/2018, and the good feeling about the place stopped there. The shop made no contact around the 8th, let alone the 2nd. I called them and questioned about the progress of my couch, I got told to pay the second half of the payment and they will get the couch on the way soon. I made the payment straight away but then nothing happened. After many days and several phone calls and emails and several promises from them that the couch had been ready and been waiting to be picked up by their “preferred” logistics company and they had no idea how long it’s going to take for the couch to arrive. I later found out through “Conroy removal” their preferred delivery company that the couch was picked up on a Thursday instead of a Monday said by the shop.Then it took the delivery company more than a week to deliver the couch from Auckland to Rotorua. The couch finally arrived on the 21st/Dec. Lucky it was before Christmas so we didn’t have to sit on the floor.. The 2 gifted cushions never arrived, but the shop said they were with the couch.. oh well, too tired to have another discussion with them..
