Friday late afternoon emergency with a burst pipe, flooded garage and soaked carpet! Chem-Dry arrived and got straight to work with fans and dehumidifiers. Professional, prompt and very impressive service! Would highly recommend Waikato Chem-Dry.

Very pleased with carpet cleaning. Treated old difficult stain on carpet. Very professional, pleasant staff. They also priced my lounge suite to be cleaned. This 10 year old suite came up well. The spot cleaner in a can is a must. Gets rid of those spills. They delivered another can in mailbox during COVID. Service is exceptional. Highly recommend.

We are totally thrilled by the work that Codi did for our house, sleepout and lounge suite all in one day! The carpets came up beautifully and smelt amazing and clean afterwards! He even managed to get out some stains that I thought would never disappear! Although it was an all day mission moving furniture out of the house and then back in again, the cleaning process itself was and was done and dusted in no time at all and the carpets were largely dry by the end of the day. We would definitely use Waikato Chem-Dry again and highly recommend their services and products.
