Buffy is excellent with her hair colour and cut. This is especially in the context that my hair is thinning. She does a great cut to ensure it remains full looking.Very easy to talk to and get along with.

Every staff member I have had the pleasure of working with has been professional, knowledgeable beyond my expectations and is friendly. They never cut more than you're comfortable with, are not overtly pushy with product upselling, have a great range of products and tools available and I cannot fault them in their service. Highly recommend and will continue to use them exclusively!
I have been going to Zibido for 13 years now and I always walk away amazed at how good a job they do. As someone who has highly sensitive scalp and allergies, Shannon does a fabulous job at finding alternative ways to get the ash blonde colour that I love. All the staff are lovely and go out of their way to ensure their clients happiness. I recommend Zibido to everyone I know and have converted many of my friends over the years. There’s a reason they’re continuously winning awards! I’d yell it from the rooftops if I could - ZIBIDO IS AMAZING!
Absolutely shocked by this salons management and customer service. To put it short I had to pay for a cut service I was not able to get because of their major under estimation of time and when I brought it up with the management I was shut off with illogical explanations without even taking the time to talk with the hairdresser and then she blocks me so I can't review and share my story . As the process took way longer than I was told (an extra 2 hours (which I had my husband and baby waiting in the car) I asked the hairdresser not to do the cut and just a quick blow wave so I could see the colour properly. After the straightening I asked her to quickly just straighten the ends of my hair which took maybe 30 seconds max and it was NO where close to an actual CUT. At the end she still charged me the full cost of a full cut and blow wave which was not actually done. I bring it up with the manager in a very polite and positive message and without even taking the time to discuss it with the hairdresser herself she tells me that you got a cut and as soon as the hairdresser touches the scissors its a full cut cost !!!! And after a few messages she blocks me so I can't share a review!!! Terribly shocking management and customer service
OMG the best hairdresser I have been to. Moved to Hamilton and was recommended this salon and Shannon......best recommendation I’ve ever had. Not only is Shannon highly professional but really cares about her client and the end result. Her consolation is completely thorough, she listened totally and gave me better results than I could imagine. I could not recommend Shannon and her friendly staff enough. Highly suggest you get to Zibido
Zibido is an amazing hair salon. Amazing hair stylists making everyone special and feeling good. Try for yourself.you will be surprised.
When I entered the salon, a hairdresser who was working on a clients hair called out to me if I had an appointment. I said yes and she told me to go to tge sears and wait. I chatted to a lady who was also sitting there. I saw my hairdresser finish her client. She looked at me but didn’t acknowledge me. She tidied her station then the loud hairdresser who was talking loudly all the time told my hairdresser to do a couple of jobs. One job was doing something to some apparatus, the next job was unpacking two large cartons. My appointment time passed and nobody had acknowledged me and it looked like it was going to be a while and suddenly I didn’t want to be there anymore. The place felt cluttered, loud, unprofessional and wrong. So I walked out. I won’t be back. Secure your client ! Stop yelling instructions, calm the atmosphere down, don’t unpack cartons in business hours in that area, and act like your next client is welcome.
