The staff were very friendly, and abiding by the covid-19 level two rules that we're in affect at the time. Good range of classic kiwi food. Good cocktail menu too. There were 'bar suggestions' of additional drinks that were well priced, the one I had was tasty. Nice place to stop by when you're in hanmer.
visited here with a large group. Service was attentive friendly and fast. Handy to town and well used by locals too. Has a pool table le, great set up.

The staff here are absolutely awesome and great to get along with. Every day there are great deals going on everything from mussels to pizza. Fridays are cheap drinks, which translates into a fun, energetic atmosphere for the end of the working week. Their pizzas are pretty top notch, the same of which can be said for most of their available food range. Service is prompt, and the interior/exterior layout is well organized and has some genuinely good seating options. Also has a pool table and room for a pretty decent dance floor - disco ball included. No complaints!

Very good food and a unique experience with the stone grill cooking my own steak. Very tender, great cut of meat. Brilliant customer service by our table attendant (man from Equador), thank you! Highly recommend!
