Very professional and relaxing place to get a massage. It wasn't the cheapest massage out there, but the room, decor, and ambiance reflected the price. One thing is recommended looking into is that they asked for credit card details to secure the booking, which is fine, but they asked for them via email, including ccv and date, which doesn't feel very secure to me. We ended up giving them over the phone. We went two days in a row, and had a great relaxing time, followed by a dip in the hot pools.
Absolutely brilliant hot stone massage from the lovely Karen. Such a relaxing experience. Very busy over the holiday season and one of the reception woman was very curt upon arrival which was a little off putting but massage made up for it!

Had an hour long relaxing massage. Was happy with the chat/ quiet ratio. Very warm and professional. I did feel like I had gone 3 rounds with a boxer at 3 am though. Enjoyed my visit. The pressure was adjusted as required. I'd love to go back for a couple massage, it sounds devine
My partner suggested we goto the spa, I was hesitant at first, never had a spa experience before, especially as a male but decided since I had never done anything like this in the past I would give it a try... We selected the couples retreat and its was one of the best experiences in my life! Not only was the staff attentive but as first timers explained everything step by step, every-part of the experience was amazing and I find myself planning for my next visit over and over again I cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful massage from Hannah but front of desk was disappointing with no greeting or introduction, no smile . If I hadn’t booked I would of walked out
