The service received from one staff member while buying my smart watch was Disappointing to say the least.. The commission this person will receive truly deserves to go to another staff member with Actual Customer Service!!!

For such a brill store for products it loses points for customer acknowledgement during a visit. You do have to flag a person down to get served here and can be easily judged for someone who is not gonna buy anything expensive. Definitely commission based for staff.

Worst shopping experience, just bought a Braun S3 and use, but I got swollen lips and red around the lips, the product has affected my health. So I went back to return it, but they rejected. They asked me to contact the merchant to return it myself. And said that if they returned it, they would have no money back, and because of personal hygiene, they could not sell it again. It's funny that they put out the braun 60-day return guarantee, if you can't help the customer return why are you putting the sight outside? I could buy it directly from the braun website and get better service.

I had my grandchild with me while I was doing my photos and they were saying it's dangerous her running around. Which made my visit stressful considering there is a process at the photo booth. Maybe put a enclosed play area close by to the photo booth.
