Sorry to say but would never use them again. Over double the quoted price! Got bullied and yelled at by admin and manager. Terrible customer service. The only nice part were the actual technicians. Advise anyone to go somewhere else.

I contacted ColdRite to wset up a heat pump for my mother. As I live out of the area, I was pretty keen to find an installer that would do a good job as I wouldn't be there. ColdRite did a fantastic job - the installer took the time needed to explain and show Mum what would go where, and had time to talk to me over the phone for clarification of a couple of points. Mum is really happy and pleased that the installer took time to listen to, and answer her questions. Awesome job, and would recommend.

I had Coldrite put in an aircon ducted system into my home four months ago. I like to thank all at Coldrite for all their help and support they gave. The duct system is superb, lovely and cool all around my home, as well as lovely and warm in the winter. They helped with paper work which able us to put it on our Rates. Best Company around.

really big thanks to the team at Coldrite. We had excellent advice in a timely manner followed up with a faultless installation. Even though we were out of town, the installation cost was fair and reasonable and there were no call backs. Daikin is truly an amazing product and lives up to it's reputation. Great to deal also with such a professional company!

Extremely unreliable and unprofessional company. Our kitchen extractor fan broke and when rang builders, they refused stating it would be a small job. One builder suggested to ring coldrite. The woman answered the phone, mislead us stating they would do ducting for extractor fans and accepted the hob. When asked whether they could provide a quote before proceeding, the answer was yes. When asked whether the quote would be free, the last DID SAY YES. So a guy came around and when heard the issue, straight away said they don't do extractor fabs. However he looked through the ceiling cavity made by myself above the reinhood. The cavity was big enough just to put your head through. Nathan, I think his name had gone and told the owner he had investigated the ceiling cavity, implying he spent time going up into ceiling etc. Instead he spent time chit chatting. We got a bill to talk to this guy about random things. The owner does not believe the woman who picked up the phone did not explain, its a job for them or the quote wouldn't be free. Instead owner Jim blamed us telling him a lie about Hus staff. Owner Jim did not believe his guy he sent did not investigate the ceiling cavity. Instead he called us telling lies. The woman at the phone, mislead customers and pick up any job so they can make money cunningly.

I had Coldrite install a Daikin ducted heat pump in our new home. Even when the building company didn't have the concrete pad poured for them in time they were still able to get the install completed on time. I couldn't be happier with the service or the solution. Our home is warm in winter and cool in summer. If we build again I will certainly be getting Coldrite to take care of our needs.

Placed three calls to this company requesting a quotation. Despite having left a message to return my call, it was not returned until I contacted a second time. The owner called, but did not leave a message. I called a third time and spoke with the owner directly. He promised to forward a quote. The quote never arrived. Very disappointing service. I can understand and respect the fact that a company is busy. If they are too busy to respond, or do not wish to pursue the business opportunity, the professional thing to do is to be honest about it and inform the person. They have since lost my business and respect.
