Ridiculously long wait time in a&e with my 80 year old mother. But after that, the care has been fantastic. Cannot say enough good things about the staff. Top people.

Had a heart attack and was treated in the Emergency Department and spent 3 days recovery in the Cardiac Ward. I can’t thank the doctors, nurses and staff enough as to how well I was treated, it was unbelievably good. It gave me renewed faith in our health system. When the chips are down, they certainly come to the part. A BIG thank you to all of you

Its really concerning we have a family member staying in there now waiting for surgery shes acute and has been waiting three days . This hospital is not talked about publicly how bad it is from my own experience last year with botched surgery being left and getting septic . Its a mixture of mis management of money is what the nurses say and ive heard surgeons and doctors say the same , then nurses not knowing what they are doing its bloody terrifying . Its the oldest most run down hospital and noone seems to care . If we get more covid we are stuffed I could write a book on what ive seen with my months in and out of there. And to be honest the major depression and anxiety it caused me I had so many moments I didn't want to even be here. It needs major major investigating they are not prepared in any way shape or form its terrifying . And so many people talk about how horrific it is but nothing is ever done

After a recent stay in wards A2 and A1, I would like to pass praise and thanks for the kindness and caring I both received and saw others receiving. I feel very privileged to have access to this amazing facility. Kay Holleron.
