Great service, and I've forgotten his name but a great young man dropped us at Napier airport and took my van to Hastings,but my friend had left her keys to her car in Auckland in the glove box and he dropped them back to us.

Excellent service, right from the ladies in the office to the tow truck driver, had a problem with the car having no brakes, explained my problem with ladies in the office, and they arranged everything, even having the tow truck arrive on time as arranged, being a classic car the tow truck driver looked after it like a professional, from pickup to drop off, would recommend this company 100 percent, great staff.
We were lucky to call this company when we had a car accident! A huge thanks to Shaun for helping us out and giving a positive mood when we were super stressed. We had to get back to Auckland and Shaun stayed with us till the end to make sure we are safe and got a place to stay or purchased airplane tickets! Great service and awesome people! I reccomend this company!

Tow truck driver was rough as guts, when vehicle was released for pick up (insurance) they wouldn't allow pick up and still charged an additional 3 days storage. They used forklift to get weeck out as they had blocked it in and then charged 23 for use of forklift.
Our car broke down on the hill from Napier to Taupo over the Christmas holidays. Luke was so helpful and stayed with us until someone could pick us up. Fantastic service!
I had the fortune experience of using this company when my car decided it didn't want to drive me home last night. I am an AA member and HB Towing are the company to provide the exceptional service to help out! I had Shaun as my driver/tower/dropper offer and he was fantastic. Very easy to talk to and helped make a slightly stressful situation quite calming! I appreciate that you guys drive all over the place but thank you again for taking me and my car back to Otane last night Shaun! And my car is now fixed hooray!!! Highly recommend if you find yourself in a pickle! Thank you
Never thought breaking down could be so enjoyable.. Shaun is an awesome fella who went out of his way to help us not only get our car back over the Taupo Napier track but then did an extra side trip to the airport for us to pick up a rental car..awesome.. top bloke great chat on the way and a few laughs too..legend.. I highly recommend Shaun and the HB towing crew..
