My HRV system was installed some 10-12 years ago and is continuing to work efficiently. Its great to have HRV Hawkes Bay phone to advise that the bi-annual filter change is due, and arranging the serviceman to install the filter, check the system and clean around the vents. Great service, friendly staff - thank you HRV

I have no hesitation in recommending this product and the Customer Service with the Installation !! I had no issues with anything during this process from beginning to end !! I noticed a big difference that night after it had been installed. The air was a lot lighter with the moisture taken out by HRV . I also noticed a marked improvement on health issues. No more crying windows. Very dry ! It has been an excellent investment in Health and Property value ! Many thanks to the HRV Team !
