Amazing experience with Phil who went miles above and beyond the basic service. He was willing to stop at shops and look at sites along the way. He even helped us out with solutions to keeping bike boxes by transporting them to our Dunedin hotel. Totally instrumental in making our Alps to Ocean ride a major success, no mean feat with a group of 15. Thanks a million Phil you are a super star

trip organized by my friend to / from Rees-Dart track for four people. Best service we ever had. Pick up /drop off locations and times as requested. Staff super friendly, and the best thing - at the end of five days walk we were greeted with complimentary cold drinks, wow :-). Will definitely use their service for our next hiking adventure. Phil from Haula was so great, picking us up at the airport, and delivering us into the joy that is Olivers in Clyde. The bikes were so easy to use and amazing. The bag transfers were a dream, and Phil is a great font of local knowledge.
