It's a cinema, it's about the same as other cinemas, however, the staff could be more customer focused and friendly rather than just standing around with a RBF. seats are more spacious but food costs a fortune. We got 1 small popcorn, 3 small drinks and a flat white & it cost me 29

Calm decent cinema. Great experience
Great management, comfortable, clean restrooms. But the aircon always gets very cold half way through the film. No matter the weather outside. I feel uncomfortable so have learned take a blanket!!!
There are no alphabet numbers on the sides of the seats at Havelock North and numerous patrons struggled to.find the correct rows. No staff in the theatre to assist. This needs correcting adap.
Excellent movie theatre
Lovely theater however the staff member who served me clearly hadn't washed themselves or their clothes in quite a while. This put me off ordering any food and really put a damper on the whole experience. I dont think I shall return if staff like that continue to work their.
Was a good change from the hastings and Napier ones very comfortable and spacious.
Lovely and clean, very posh. Amazing customer service by all the team. Overall a delightful experience
