I cannot recommend Richard at all. I find him totally arrogant and just outright slippery. It's inconceivable that a professional who essential draws and documents ideas / concepts of others, will blatantly refuse to openly accept feedback from other professionals or entities with vested interests in a project which were not aligned to his own. I later discovered his ethic and manner widely considered by others to be dismissive, generally unhelpful & undermining. I should have taken heed with the red racing car seats and hideous tropical fish as a warning from his unnsirational office before he closed his doors in cooper street.
