Have had multiple facial treatments with the team at Peak and always with amazing results! The staff are incredibly lovely, experienced and knowledgeable. I'm always left with clear, glowing skin and feeling gorgeous. Couldn't recommend more!

I've been to a few places for Lazer & peak appearance is definitely the best of the ones I've been too, i love how they have 2 people in the room, one to help distract you, if you feel discomfort, which I really appreciated. They also are very thorough & explain things very well, so far my results are visible & I am very happy with them, can't wait to see then end result. Very professional & friendly, Definitely recommend
As a male, I was pretty nervous heading into the clinic, but alas it was a great experience. My first "brotox" (how the staff made light of my nervousness) was handled professionally from start to finish. I had particularly great followup from a lady whom I believe to be the business owner. 10/10 - When customer service seems scarce in many places - Peak has it in spades. When my crows lines start to reappear Ill be back for sure. Recommend highly.
After some less than inspiring experiences at one of the franchise clinics in Hawkes Bay, I’m so glad that I found Peak Appearance!! I recently went in for an Aqua gold facial and was absolutely thrilled with the results, the whole experience from booking to arriving, “bedside” manner and follow up care has been first class. Having lived as an expat for 15yrs - this experience ranks amongst the best in comparison to 5 star clinics in Dubai, Hong Kong and New York.
