Chanelle is the most incredible dentist you could ever ask for. Since being a child I have had an overwhelming sense of fear going to the dentist and I have now been able to face my fear. Chanelle has been apart of this journey, she has been so supportive, kind, understanding and informative. I highly recommend Smilehaus, all the staff are welcoming and professional and Chanelle's care, especially if you have fears and anxiety around going to the dentist. Thank you so much for the outstanding care I am so grateful.

Technically proficient, however a number of members of the public have informed me that their staff lack professionalism with the way they speak to their patients. I have also experienced this first hand. This ranges from rude comments about patients finances with their use of the phrase 'charity case', to unnecessary badgering and provoking remarks in relation to accidents covered by ACC. If you can tolerate most of their staff taking the time to insulting you about sensitive and personal topics unrelated to oral health, they do a fairly good job. But considering they don't give a discount for their out right rude comments, I would recommend going elsewhere. The receptionist was the only member of staff who seemed genuine over the number of years I have been to Smilehaus.
The best dental experience I've had. Dr Wynton and Rachel are reassuring and put me at ease straight away. A practice clearly built on positivity and offering the best service. I needed dental work done during the holidays so my 5 and 7 year old had to tag along, they loved Rachel and all of the puzzles, books and movies she had ready for them. A zero pain appointment. Highly recommend this fantastic clinic.
I was very impressed with their share of oral hygiene week they are promoting. Not only teaching you the importance of brushing and flossing but showing the areas of damage and what can happen if left unattended or even daily looked at. Thank you Rachel and Annette . I sugguest anyone interested in keeping you own teeth in the future, pay these people a visit. They even suggest and give you samples of the tools you need. Big ups
Smile - House! I have never experienced such a professional and customer orientated and more "carrying" health service in my life as a NEW PATIENT. Especially the first contact Bridget and Laine were exceptional. Both were focusing on my problem, offering straight forward solutions combined with a fast understanding of the situation and even delivering SMILES. I could here it over the phone how Bridget's face was SMILING. But this is not only a place where you get the brand promised SMILES you get what really matters: Care! 1) My pain and my symptoms made me believe a need a root canal treatment. Laine my second contact was not put off by my self diagnose. No - She actually suggested to come in earlier to allow Dr. Wynton if possible to deliver some pain relief work. What a great team-work of Wynton's assistant. 2) Dr. Wynton came across as a very methodical, thorough, experienced Dentis. He was very informative, including costs, straight forward and very concerned about my pain level at all times. Very focused and again, carrying! 3) Rachel, Dr. Wynton's wife spontaneously sat down with me to explain a treatment plan and was flexible enough to make appointments on short notice. Of course, with the same level of SMILES, this practice seems to focus on! 4) Anette, the SMILE at the reception, called me the day following the treatment to ask if anything went well and if I feel OK. I don't know-how who is the SMILE Manager at this place put whoever does this job - That person should be a SMILE Trainer. I hope this team can continue to deliver such a high standard of SMILING care!!!
Thanks Smile Haus. New Zealand is in the dark ages for dentistry, and I didn't know it until I moved into the area and started going to these guys. They're not just punching a clock, they're passionate, and it results in better care. Will be telling my friends about Smile Haus. A
The ENTIRE team at SmileHaus are fabulous. From the minute you walk in the door you are treated beautifully. Their dentistry, equipment and compassion are second to none. Bridget especially has made going to the dentist a gorgeous positive experience. Without hesistation I recommend and suggest Smilehaus as your first port of call!
From the minute I walked through the door and saw Kate's welcoming, smiling face I knew I had come to the best dentist in town. I chose Smile Haus because it's brand new and therefore should have the best dentistry tools available. That is absolutely true but what is even better is the first class personal care, attention to detail and service received from Wynton and his assistant Laine. Absolutely everything is explained in layman's terms and I was given choices and prices every step of the way. My next stop was to Rachel the hygenist, who not only performed a full clean but also showed me new ways to look after my teeth. I have already recommended Smile Haus to others and will continue to use them as my "Dentist of Choice" for as long as I live in the Bay. Congratulations on your new business and I wish you every success in the future!!
