A huge thank you to Isaac for helping my family organize our dearly loved cousins funeral. From when we first called Isaac to use their services over the phone at 5pm on friday, to having my cousin back home that same evening. We were so thankful because we were still in shock. We were located in Upper Hutt, so we decided to call through to the 2 local undertakers for options. We were stunned that their estimate cost were over 11k for something Haven Falls done for 6k. My family are so thankful for all that Isaac and the staff have done for us during that late night. We will be recommending Haven Falls to anyone who losses a dearly departed loved one. God Bless.
