They didn't really know how to use their own printers. So we got a gloss print of a document we needed on normal paper. But it worked well enough. Edit: To reply to the owner who made a comment on this post. If I had been told it was a trainee then I would have been fine with waiting and letting her ask questions of her supervisors so that she could get it right. I do appreciate not being charged for the gloss paper so thank you for that.

Manpreet did such a great job helping with an IT issue I had recently. He followed up a few times to check on the progress as I was testing different mouse options. Really appreciate this personalised service. The team at Hazelwood patiently assisted my team and I set up all our work from home systems - couldn't have survived our 'bubble' without them!
