I have been calling for 25 min after being told there was a 4 min delay .I need to talk to the Health care provider about my Dad and just can not reach anyone . this is a poor service I dont want to give you any stars but I can not send unless I submit One star you should not get any if I had my way. I was with Healthcare Opotiki for a shorttime .The reason I left care Health Care. N.Z Whakatane was because of a conflict of interests with the carer.I considered it out of order to have her beliefs forced on me when I considered that was not what she was here for. Since then I have had several calls from her associates.The latest call was This morning where the caller said she had heard from a friend that I was unwell and when would it be suitable for her to come And see me.I told her I was well so it would not be necessary I would like to think that these calls will stop. My boss ( who no longer works there) told me "don't expect any work from me" after I made numerous complaints about her client. She expected me however to return to the clients care without even taking my well being and safety into consideration. Even after I refused, my boss cancelled all my cares so I found a job elsewhere around the country.
