Highly Reccomend. Very professional. Great value. Heat Pumps Now installed a Mitsubishi AP 80. They even set up the WiFi option and showed us how to program it. They took all the rubbish with them. It is working perfectly. We luvs it!
Our AC broke down just before Christmas and we could find units we wanted in stock until we contacted Heat Pumps Now. They had only one appointment before closing for holidays which we booked. The whole process went smoothly. All personal we dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Service was promt, and if an extremely high standard. Thank you so much.

What an excellent business to deal with. They were quick to follow up on my query and within a matter of days a new heat pump was installed. I dealt with Blair regarding the heat pump. I felt listened to and he was able to come up with a fantastic deal. The heat pump was not for myself and Blair was extremely considerate about the person who was having the pump installed. He wanted to ensure that this person felt comfortable during the installation. The installer, Alex, was very pleasant and did indeed make that person comfortable with the installation. What a fantastic team. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
