Big store with a large range and bargains if you look hard enough. Good customer service, not too pushy.

In a store with few customers we were left alone by sales staff. Those that came free, quickly averted their gaze to find a young person to deal with. We ended up walking out with the bank still holding our money. Aging and on a walker does not equal window shoppers. Very rude.

Just because of its Customer Service, by Nathan I bought a Dishwasher form them.. The Base Shop sales lady jugged us thinking we won't buy it and gave us pathetic service.. Same day we travelled to City shop and at 5.00 pm also Nathan greeted us.. Gave all the information and made the sale... This is customer service.. Great Job, Great Price.. All the Best..!
